Individual Therapy via Telehealth while utilizing a blend of evidence-based modalities, which includes Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to address specific issues and empower individuals to manage their mental health effectively. Additionally, I incorporate elements of a holistic approach, focusing on the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, and tailor my interventions to meet the unique needs of each client.
